gimp-cbmplugs software package provides plugins for The GIMP to import/export Commodore 64 files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gimp-cbmplugs
gimp-cbmplugs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gimp-cbmplugs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gimp-cbmplugs *
You will get with gimp-cbmplugs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
